Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Frankfurt, the lost 0.37%, while the index gained 0.17%, and the index climbed 0.22%.
The best performers of the session on the were Zalando SE (ETR:), which rose 3.20% or 0.67 points to trade at 21.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Porsche Automobil Holding SE (ETR:) added 2.58% or 1.54 points to end at 61.14 and Sartorius AG VZO O.N. (ETR:) was up 2.20% or 8.60 points to 400.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were E.ON SE (ETR:), which fell 2.90% or 0.23 points to trade at 7.83 at the close. Munich Reinsurance (ETR:) declined 2.60% or 6.70 points to end at 251.30 and RWE AG ST O.N. (ETR:) was down 2.59% or 1.04 points to 39.07.
The top performers on the MDAX were Gerresheimer AG (ETR:) which rose 5.17% to 55.90, Delivery Hero AG (ETR:) which was up 3.38% to settle at 39.42 and CTS Eventim AG (ETR:) which gained 2.09% to close at 47.00.
The worst performers were Software AG (ETR:) which was down 3.46% to 22.34 in late trade, Vantage Towers AG (ETR:) which lost 3.45% to settle at 26.30 and Talanx AG NA O.N. (ETR:) which was down 2.45% to 36.68 at the close.
The top performers on the TecDAX were Sartorius AG VZO O.N. (ETR:) which rose 2.20% to 400.00, Qiagen NV (ETR:) which was up 2.07% to settle at 44.78 and Nemetschek AG O.N. (ETR:) which gained 1.82% to close at 52.48.
The worst performers were Software AG (ETR:) which was down 3.46% to 22.34 in late trade, Vantage Towers AG (ETR:) which lost 3.45% to settle at 26.30 and Nordex SE O.N. (ETR:) which was down 2.33% to 8.40 at the close.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 357 to 317 and 78 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for December delivery was up 0.02% or 0.35 to $1,721.15 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November rose 0.77% or 0.68 to hit $88.44 a barrel, while the December Brent oil contract rose 0.94% or 0.88 to trade at $94.25 a barrel.
EUR/USD was down 0.72% to 0.98, while EUR/GBP rose 0.77% to 0.88.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.90% at 112.01.
